Pink Slime

Pink Slime The story of bacterial or viral "pink slime" to be troubling news for the American people's minds today. Problem of bacterial or viral pink slime can be transmitted through the fast food all over America. Bacterial or viral pink slime is found in beef that has been commonly used to make fast food.

If you understand that, you understand the USDA's response to the story of the pink slime. And you also understand why the Americans lead the free world in obesity. Nearly 41 million women and more than 37 million men are obese, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. There are more than 5 million girls and about 7 million children between 2 and 19 are obese, too.

Much of the blame lies with the USDA. In a previous career, I used to edit a health magazine. I spent hours poring through the study of nutrition. After years of research, I came to a startling conclusion: The calories you consume, the fatter you get.
